Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ITC platform at itc.inmochem.com (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to employees and authorized contractors of Inmotion Trading Central.

ITC is an internal business operating system for chemical trading that includes master data management, market intelligence, commercial management, logistics tracking, and an employee email assistant that classifies, summarizes, and proposes draft replies for the user's own connected mailbox.

The email assistant is draft-only. It does not send email autonomously. Outbound email always requires your explicit review and action.

• Access requires an authenticated account provisioned by ITC administrators.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
• ITC may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process unlawful content.
• Attempt to access data or mailboxes belonging to other users without authorization.
• Interfere with the Service, probe its security, or bypass access controls.
• Extract data for redistribution outside ITC business processes.

When you connect a mailbox, ITC processes that mailbox's content as described in the Privacy Policy, including the Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect your mailbox at any time; drafts created in your provider mailbox remain yours to manage.

The Service, its software, and its content are the property of Inmotion Trading Central or its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you and your connected mailboxes contribute; ITC uses it only to operate the Service for you.

We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or discontinue features; material reductions affecting connected mailbox functionality will be communicated in advance where practical.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITC disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. ITC's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees, if any, paid by your organization for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

AI-generated classifications, summaries, and draft replies are suggestions for your review and may contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any business action.

Your access ends when your employment or contractor engagement ends, or upon deactivation by an ITC administrator. Sections 6, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Questions: thetboard@gmail.com.
